  • 500 gramspizza dough
  • 150 gramsmozzarella cheese
  • 150 gramsripe tomatoes
  • 12basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 482°F (250°C).

  2. 2

    On a table, roll out the pizza dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.2 inches (0.5 cm).

    Once rolled out, place it on the baking sheet and brush a little olive oil on the base.

    Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves.

    Bake for 40 minutes, check that the crust is cooked, and remove from the oven.
