350 gSquid, cut
2Tomatoes, cut
Supreme Plus Iceberg Lettuce
Celery, cut
5-7 Chillies
2 Garlics gloves
3-4 Coriander root
1-2 tbsps Lime juice
1-2 tbsps Fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar

Blanched squid, drain and scoop them down.

Spicy Salad sauce, pound garlic, coriander root and chillies. Then mix it with lime juice, sugar and fish sauce.

Put the spicy salad sauce on the squid, add all vegetables mix it together. Notice you can cook with other seafood also.
