Add milk in pot let it warm then add sugar and mix well,

Then sugar dissolve in milk add whole dry milk (khoya) and mix nicely...let it cook about 1hur or 1,1/2 hur(mixture should be reduce and thick)

Now let it cool completely then add all nuts & kewra water in it mix well,and pour in mold and keep in the freezer.

After 1 hur take out from freezer and insert the stick and freeze again about 5 to 6 hours OR over night.garnish with colored coconut before serving.

Dilbahar Qulfi is ready,try at your home and enjoy.
