Ingredients

30 mins
8-12 servings
  • 1leek chopped
  • 2-3red chillies, not deseeded, finely chopped
  • 3red peppers roughly chopped
  • 2 Cartonspassata
  • 3 stickscelery, chopped
  • 1 tbspginger paste
  • 2 tinswhite beans, butter or cannelleni
  • 1 tbspWorcester sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Good pinch of fresh or dried oregano
  • Tbspveg oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Sweat the celery, leek, chillies and peppers for 5 minutes. Add ginger paste, oregano and stir for 2'minutes. Season.

  2. 2

    Add Passata, Worcester sauce. Cook for 5/10 minutes, then blend roughly. Add white beans and cook for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
    It's even better left overnight and reheated through.
