Ingredients

  1. 100 gsugar
  2. 50 ccwater
  3. 5-6a little apples
  4. 0.1 teaspoonred food coloring

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar with water.

  2. 2

    Add red food coloring in the water with sugar.

  3. 3

    Stew this liquid up to 160℃. *Over 180°C, it burn.

  4. 4

    Toss this hot liquid with apple.

  5. 5

    When this liquid with apple become hard, it will be ready.
