Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente

Cut the fish into bite-size pieces.

Thinly slice the courgettes, then finally chop the chilly if using.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion for five minutes until softened.

Add the turmeric

Add the chilli (if using) courgettes and peas, and fry over a medium heat for five minutes until the vegetables have softened.

Stir in the fish, lemon juice, hoisin sauce and water.

Bring to the boil, then simmer uncovered, for about five minutes or until the fish is tender.

Season well

Drain the pasta thoroughly and turn into a serving dish toss in the source to coat then serve at once garnished with fresh dill
