Homemade Chicken burger with vegetables

Chopped the chicken breast finely. Cut all the vegetables and put aside.

Sautéed the onion with butter and add sugar Let's caramelized lightly..

Sautéed the carotte. garlic and peas with soya oil.. Put aside to room temperature.

Mix the vegetables with the chicken add the Chives..egg, breadcrumb, paprika salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 parts.

, Squeeze and roll each into a ball and with the palm of your hand flatten to a nice round flat shapes

Let's rest for 45 mins in the fridge.

For the sauce mix the mayonnaise ketup and the mustard.

Cook the burger in a pan or grill then add the cheese.

Add some salads, tomato. caramelized onion and the sauce to the bun. Served with some French fries.
