250 gTapioca flour
175 gcaulflower rice
40 gmelted butter
2beated eggs
50 gmilk
150-175 gshredded cheese of choice
1 teaspoonsalt if unsalted butter

Steps

Mix flour caulfower rice together and a pinch of salt

Add cheese to the flour and rice mixture
3

Beat 2 eggs and add it to melted butter
4

Mix wet with dry
5

Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes
