  • 1 kgChicken mince
  • 3-4 tbspchopped green chillies
  • 2 tbspginger
  • 2 pieceslarge size bread
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • half tbsp garam masala

  1. 1

    Take finely chopped mince

    Add finely chopped green chillies and ginger along with chopped bread pieces and mix them all

    Add salt,red chilli powder,black pepper powder and garam masala and mix well

    After mixing make koftas of your favorite size and fry them
