Wash millet 3 to 4 times and drain water completely

Add the millet in a pan and roast until millet dry

When cool add it in mixer jar, and grind as powder, sieve and keep

Add almond powder and cardamon powder, combine well,

Add jaggery powder in bowl, add water and let it boil until jaggery dissolve completely

Now in low flame add the millet powder gradually, add ghee and stir continuously until the mixture combine well and roll smoothly in the pan

Spread it greased plate, after 20 min cut into your desire shape.

Healthy millet sweet is ready to eat whenever you feel hungry.
