I like this stir-fry to be crunchy, therefore cook it for a shorter time, cook for longer if you wish 😊

Cook the ginger, garlic and onion in some oil until softened, then add the green beans, salt and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and chilli flakes, then stir-fry for another few minutes.

Add the sesame oil and vegetable stock, then cover and cook on a meduim heat for a further 10 minutes, then it will be ready to serve!
