Ingredients

15 minutes
2 - 4 servings
  • 2 packsgreen beans
  • 4 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 1heaped tablespoon of ginger in slices
  • 2 tablespoonslight soy
  • 1 teaspoonvegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1sprinkle of chilli flakes
  • 2 teaspoonssesame oil
  • 1small onion

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook the ginger, garlic and onion in some oil until softened, then add the green beans, salt and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

    Add the soy sauce and chilli flakes, then stir-fry for another few minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the sesame oil and vegetable stock, then cover and cook on a meduim heat for a further 10 minutes, then it will be ready to serve!
