In a pan add ghee and suji and roast for 5-6 mins till it releases aroma, add sugar, milk powder and warm milk to the suji mixture and stir well.

Once the mixture is thick like dough add 2-3 drops rose essence to the mixture for aroma and stir well.

Now remove from heat and cool it completely.

Once the mixture is cool down then divide the mixture into 3 portion

Add 2-3 drops of red colour to one portion of suji mixture for pink colour, and also add 4-5 drops of red colour to second portion of suji mixture for dark red colour, third portion remains white.

Now take a bow add dessicated coconut, powder sugar and milk powder and colour, mix it well. Now filling is ready.

Then take some portion of the suji mixture and roll in a round shape then cut it into small round shape with the help of a cutter.

Now arrenge the round shape suji as shown in pic. Place the filling in the middle and overlapping the other side and roll it, and make the rose shape.

Rose Suji Halwa is ready.
