For potato pakoras. peel off and cut thin round slices of potatoes. place a side.
Then dip in cumin seeds,salt and gram flour batter. - 2
Deep fry them. Ready

For Cauliflower pakoras. Make its pieces. place a side.
Now make batter of 3/4 cup gram flour, half t sp salt, 1 t sp red chili flakes, 1 t sp vinegar and water as required. - 4
Now dip cauliflower pieces into it and deep fry them. Ready

Serve as u like
