Take a pressure,add ghee and roast daliya in it for 15 to 20 min.When it is roasted properly add jaggery and mix it well and let it cook for 5 min

After 5 min add water,add raisins and mix it well and pressure it for 1 or 2 whistle.After cooling down,open the cooker and add cardomom powder and nuts qnd mix it well.Add again 1 tsp of ghee and let it cook for 2 to 3 min on low flames.when ghee seprates from side,off the flame and garnish with almond and cashew.

Your laapsi is ready.It tasty delicious when serve hot.
