First take 3/4 cup of plain flour (maida), to which add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 4 tbsp- Cocoa powder.

Mix it well and add a pinch of salt and baking powder add 2 tbsp oil. Add 1/2 cup milk and mix till there are no lumps.

Take a pan, heat it on low flame and grease it with little oil, switch off the flame. Take 1/2 tbsp of batter and spread it very thin using a spoon and brush.

Let it cook and when bubble arise on top flip it. Cook it well from both sides. Crepe is ready.

Take that prepared crepe on a plate and roll it using a straw. Do this when crepe are hot. Roll them in the shape of the cigarette and remove the straw.

Take a cake tin, grease it with oil and place all prepared chocholate cigrates or wafer rolls. Bake it in oven for 10 mins.

After 5 mins flip the cigrates within the tin and then again bake for 5 mins.

After 10 mins you may feel that they aren't perfect crisp. But when they gradually cool down they become crispy.

You can pipe chocolate Ganache and choco spread in these wafer rolls.
