Steps

Soaked chickpeas over night. In morning boil it in cooker for 30 min on mid flame.

Add bay leave hing cinnamon powder & clove in the water in cooker.

Now prepare the masala. Tomato & small pieces of ginger grind in grinder. Take a pan add oil roast jeera & tomato masala.

Now add all dry masala roast till oil came out.at last add boil chickpeas. Roast it for some time & add some water.

Cover it with lid on low flame for 2 to 3 min.with the help of spoon mashed some chickpeas garnish it with ginger slices its ready for serve
