Take a pan mince, washed daal, g.g paste, sabut garam masala, Cayenne, garam masala powder, chopped onions

Bhuna masala, salt and water almost 3 to 4 glass then cook them until both daal and beef tenderize then take them out of the pan

Then place it on sil and blend it well then add eggs (add cornflour and beat it well) and then add chopped green chillies, coriander and mint mix it well make kababs and shallow fry them...
