  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspzeera

    Add all the ingredients in basin and mix it well.

    Peel and cut the potatoes.
    Heat oil, deep fry the dipped potatoes.
    Fry till golden brown.
