  • 1/2 cupBesan
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • Water to make thick batter
  • Oil for frying

    Wash spinach leaves and dry them on a plate.

    Now mix the dry ingredients first and then add water to make a thick batter.

    Heat the oil,dip the leaves in batter and put in oil.
