Ingredients

  1. 4Chicken Legs Pcs
  2. 2 TspOil
  3. 2 TspButter
  4. 2 TbspGinger Garlic Paste
  5. 1as per your taste
  6. 1 TspVinegar
  7. 1 TspKasuri Methi
  8. 1/2 CupThick Curd
  9. 1/4 CupFresh Cream
  10. 1/2– ¾ tsp White Pepper Powder or Black Pepper Powder
  11. 2Choti Elachi Powder
  12. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  13. 1 TbspCorn Starch or Besan
  14. 5-6Cashews (optional)
  15. 2Green Chillies
  16. Chaat Masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take Chicken Leg Pcs

    Add Oil, Butter, Ginger Garlic Paste

  3. 3

    Add Salt and Vinegar

  4. 4

    Add Kasuri Methi, Curd and Freshcream

  5. 5

    Add Pepper powder and Garam Masala

  6. 6

    Add Elaichi Powder and COrnstarch / Besan

  7. 7

    Crush Cashew Nuts and add (Optional)

  8. 8

    Add Finely chopped green chilies

  9. 9

    Mix them well

  10. 10

    Set it aside for 30-60 mins

  11. 11

    Put it in Tandoor for about 5-7 mins

  12. 12

    Or can Deep fry for about 5-7 Mins till chicken is completely cooked

    Sprinkle Chaat Masala on the hot legs

    Serve Hot and Enjoy the Iftaar Delicacy
