Ingredients

45-50 minutes
2-4 servings
  1. 1 cupsuji (rava)
  2. 1 cupcurd. (little sour)
  3. 2green chillies, chopped
  4. 1/4 cupFresh coriander chopped
  5. 1 tsp + 1 tbsp oil (for tadka)
  6. 1/2 inchGinger (grated)
  7. As per tasteSalt
  8. as requiredWater
  9. 1 tspBaking powder
  10. 1 tspmustard seeds

Steps

45-50 minutes
  1. 1

    Take one big bowl mix suji, curd, salt,green chilli, ginger,baking powder,oil and fresh coriander. Mix well. Your mixture should not be very thick. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

    After that again mix well and add water if required.

  3. 3

    Grease the dhokla plate and steam for 12-15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Take one small tadka pan add oil and put mustard seeds and spread over the dhokla. Garnish with fresh coriander. Cut into pieces and serve with masala tea.
