Smoked Salmon Spaghetti
Really simple, really quick pasta dish, perfect for lunchtime when you don't want to spend ages cooking.

Cook the spaghetti in a pan of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. I keep a little jug nearby to remind me to take some of the pasta water before draining.

Drain the pasta and return to the warm pan. Add the cream cheese and start stirring. Once it starts mixing in, I slowly add a little of the pasta water between stirs, stopping when I have a nice consistency.

Slice up the smoked salmon, and add this to the pan to be mixed in. Add a dash of lemon juice (fresh is best, but I only had bottled and it was fine) and lots of cracked black pepper.
