Cut all the vegetables & in keep in a bowl

Add all the spices

Add baisan & water to make batter.. batter should b in medium consistency(no thick,no very thin)

Cut potatoes in slices..

Dip potatoes slices in batter & fry them.. serve these crispy potato pakora with hot sauce or ketchup
