Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 cupchopped mango (about 165 grams)
  2. 2 cupsplain yogurt (about 480 grams)
  3. 1 cupmilk (about 240 ml)
  4. 4 tablespoonssugar (about 50 grams)
  5. 1 tablespoonchopped almonds (about 8 grams)
  6. 1 tablespoonchopped cashews (about 8 grams)
  7. 5-6 strandssaffron

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and chop the mango, then make a pulp.

    Add the mango pulp, sugar, milk, and yogurt to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a container and chill in the refrigerator.

    After chilling, serve cold in glasses.
