Desi Style Prawns Fusili

#boxweek2
In this our very own Desi version of Pasta, i have used Tomatoes and other spices along with Fusili Pasta and have whipped up a lovely looking Pasta dish. It's a very simple one. Not at all complicated. It's a hassle free one pot meal that's absolutely perfect for anytime. Be it a weekend Breakfast or a family Dinner on any day of the week. You will definitely love this beautiful dish. However yoi can use any type of Pasta for this. Shrimps also can be used. I had some Prawns handy along with Fusili, so i made this one pot meal. Some of the Indian spices used impart an excellent aroma and flavour to this dish. There's nothing like homemade food. Although there are many variations in it's making, something homemade and that in our own Desi style is something that just makes your day. So let's get started.

Steps
- 1
Boil Pasta al dente with some Salt and Oil. Drain and set aside. In the meantime, heat Oil in a kadai. Saute Bay Leaves, Green Chillies, Garlic and Onions together. Also add the Spices and Tomatoes. Saute all of that for about 2-3 minutes. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes until soft and mushy. Now add Prawns.
- 2
Cover and cook for a few more minutes until done. And then finally add the boiled Pasta.Toss well. There is no need to cook Prawns for a long time. They get done easily. And Dabur Tomato Paste also can be used in place of ripe and juicy Tomatoes if in a hurry or short of time.
- 3
Garnish with freshly chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot immediately. Enjoy!
