Take one whle chicken n cut a deep cuts.

In a deep bowl add water vinegar ggp n mix it well. Soak the chicken for 30mins.

In a bowl add yogurt lemon juice oil egg salt red chili powder turmeric powder cumin powder coriander powder red chilli flakes food color n green chilli paste. Take out your chicken from vinegar n marinate with above ingredients n keep the marinated chicken in fridge for 6 to 8 hrs.

In a steamer add water n let it boil. Place your marinated chicken in a dish let your chicken get steamed for 25 mins.

After that let it cool down.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan n fry your chicken upside down for another 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat. - 6
Take it out sprinkle some chat masala n serve with some salad n enjoy.
