Faloda is my childhood favourite drink.
This unique and delicious drink is very popular in Lahore , there is some famous shops on food street Anarkali Lahore .
When we go out for long drive, we must had a glass of Faloda in on the way back home .
This is My all family's favourite drink everyone from elder to kids .❤
Today I make it at home for CPL drink entry, unluckily I don't have Faloda ice cream.
I use vanilla ice cream instead of Faloda.
And I make red sugar syrup instead of Roh afza.

Ingredients

1,2 people

1/2 cupmilk
2 Tablespooncondensed milk
2 TablespoonFaloda sev
1 Tablespoonbasil seeds
1 TablespoonTragacanth
Red sugar syrup as required
Almond pistachio for garnish

Steps

Add chilled milk in a glass.

Add sweet condensed milk, mix them together.

Then add Faloda sev in the milk,stirr it.

Add fluffy basil seeds and Tragacanth
And mix all together

Add Faloda ice cream, more sev and more condensed milk

Add some red syrup or roh Roh afza add some almond and pistachio.

Serve it immediately, delicious faloda drink is ready.
