Steps

Cut half each slice of bread. Spread butter in each slice of bread. Keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add egg, sugar and milk. Whisk the mixture, until the sugar dissolve completely.

Heat a pan toast bread slices slightly (both side). This is to avoid the bread to absorb more liquid.

Dip the toasted bread slices into the egg mixture quickly flip it over to the other side. This will prevent your toast become soggy.

Toast well until the egg cook completely.
