Ingredients

  1. 1large onion, finely chopped
  2. 1large tomato, finely chopped
  3. 3 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
  4. Chopped parsley, to taste
  5. 2 poundsground meat or chicken (your choice)

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the vegetables. Mix them with the meat, parsley, and your preferred spices. Shape the mixture into fingers or patties as you like.

    Bake in the oven for 5–8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve with French fries and pita bread. Enjoy!
