Ingredients

4 sandwiches
  1. 200 gvegetarian mince
  2. 400g/1 can of chopped tomatoes
  3. 4burger buns or dinner rolls
  4. salt + pepper
  5. any fresh (preferably Italian) herbs you'd like to add
  6. 1 dashany oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a frying pan, grill the mince in your oil on medium-high heat until starting to crisp.

    Add the canned tomatoes and stir well. Let simmer for another 2 minutes on medium heat.

    While the mixture simmers, slice open your dinner rolls if using, and chop up any herbs you have chosen.

    Turn the heat off, add salt and pepper to the pan alongside your herbs, and stir well. Lift a quarter of your mixture into every bun and serve.
