1 sliceBread
1Margarine
80 gramsSweet potato
1 tbspCondensed milk
2drops Vanilla extract
1Cinnamon

Steps

Cut the sweet potato into 1 cm cubes. Soak in water and drain.

Put the sweet potatoes in a heatproof bowl, wrap with plastic wrap, and microwave until soft.

Add condensed milk and vanilla and mix.
4

Spread margarine on the bread, then top with the sweet potato mixture.
5

Sprinkle cinnamon and toast as usual in the toaster.
