I made pesto (otherwise known as Genovese sauce), and created this sandwich since I wanted to try various ways of using it.

-The fillings in the recipe are just suggestions. Fill the sandwich with whatever you like (mixed salad, tamagoyaki, cheese, etc.).

1to 2 tablespoons Pesto (Genovese sauce) (Homemade or store-bought)
10 gramsSpinach (salad variety)
2to 3 slices Thinly sliced ham
1Egg

Steps

Toast the bread (optional). Fry the egg sunny-side up (or as you like).

Spread the pesto on a slice of toast, and top with spinach on the other.

Put the ham and egg on top of the spinach, then place the other slice of toast on top.

Cut and serve.
