Steps

Take a pan add water stir it till water boils lighten

Now add the rice flour & salt to water mix it without any lumps till the dough gets sticky and thicken

Now transfer the dough into a bowl and mix it 4-5 mins add some oil till it gets soften

Now close it with a lid keep a side upto 20-30 mins it's gets smooth texture after 20-30 mins mix it again.

Now make a dough into small small balls and make the balls into a sticks like Kurkure shape.

Now take a frying pan pour oil in it let the oil get heat

Put the flame in low and add the Kurkure sticks to it. After 2 mins flip into another side.

Let it fry 5 mins to get a crunchy Kurkure..

Now take a bowl add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala & fried Kurkure to it mix it well with spices..

Tasty Kurkure is ready to eat
