In a bowl Mix the dry ingreduents(flour, yeast, salt and sugar)

Make a well and add the milk in bits and combine well to make a dough which is a bit hard, add the oil and fold in like 5-7 min. Now it should be soft

Cover with a Cling and let it double in size for 1 hr

Bunch it down and cut into four sizeable balls, and roll in oval shape, cut it into thin threads

Continue with the process, and put the choco chips at the end and fold to a chieve that shape

Arrange them on a greased baking tray, and brush them with egg white, let them rest for 15 minutes

Bake them on a pre heated oven 180c for 30 - 45 mins

Brush with margarine and let them cool completely and enjoy with a cup of hot tea
