Ingredients

  1. 3potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupsoaked sago
  3. 1 tbspginger chilli paste
  4. 1/2 cuproasted peanuts
  5. as per taste Rock salt
  6. 1 tbsp.Sugar
  7. 1 tbsp.Lemon juice
  8. 1/2 tsp.Coarsely grinded black pepper
  9. as required Oil for fry
  10. For Tadka :-
  11. 1 tbsp.Oil
  12. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  13. 5-6curry leaves
  14. 1 tspsesame seeds
  15. For Raw Mango chutney
  16. 100 gmsraw mango
  17. 1 tbsp.Sugar
  18. 1-2 tbspoil
  19. 1 tspginger paste
  20. 1 tbsp.Mint leaves
  21. 5-7black pepper
  22. As neededSweet Curd to serve

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes peel and grate. Wash Soaked sago for 3-4hrs. And mix add lemon juice sugar pepper crushed salt ginger chilli paste androasted crushed peanuts mix properly.

    Now heat oil and add cumin seeds curry patta and sessme seeds.Pour in a potato mixture. Mix properly. Make a round shape tikki. Make a hole in a middle n fry till golden brown coliur. Take out on a tissue paper.

    For Raw mango Chutney:-Peel mango and chopped mix all ingredients and churn. Add oil and churn again. Chutney is ready.

    Take a serving plate arrange raw mango chutney glass in a plate and serve potato vada. Garnish with sweet curd.

  5. 5

    Tasty delicious Potato Vada with Raw mango Chutney is ready to Serve.
