Boil potatoes peel and grate. Wash Soaked sago for 3-4hrs. And mix add lemon juice sugar pepper crushed salt ginger chilli paste androasted crushed peanuts mix properly.

Now heat oil and add cumin seeds curry patta and sessme seeds.Pour in a potato mixture. Mix properly. Make a round shape tikki. Make a hole in a middle n fry till golden brown coliur. Take out on a tissue paper.

For Raw mango Chutney:-Peel mango and chopped mix all ingredients and churn. Add oil and churn again. Chutney is ready.

Take a serving plate arrange raw mango chutney glass in a plate and serve potato vada. Garnish with sweet curd.
