Sehri mein ho khasta chai paratha so maza ajaye.and key is to knead dough with adding warm water.
Steps

Knead dough with gradually adding water to the Aata. Keep mixing and kneading.

Knead for 10mins,sprinkle some salt and let it rest. Cover with a wet cloth.

After 10 mins knead and cover, refrigerate for a while.

Now make pera,press and give round shape of paratha,put ghee and make pera back.

Now use roll pin to roll the pera and give desired shape.

Put on warm tawa,put some ghee and trine after 2mins. Put ghee on other side and ache se sekhlen

Tip: keep the flame medium slow,and serve hot.
