Ingredients

20-25 mins.
3-4 people
  • 2-3Raw Bananas
  • 1/2 cupwash and chopped spinach
  • 1 tspgreen chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspamchoor powder
  • 1 tspseasame seeds
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • As per tasteSindha Namak
  • As required Oil for frying
  • as requiredGreen chutney for serving. (Falahari green chutney I made.)

Steps

20-25 mins.
  1. 1

    Firstly, wash and cut the banana and boil in pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles until it becomes soft. When the pressure open plays out in a plate and cool down all the boiled Bananas.

    Now peel the bananas and chopped it and mash with the help of masher and add all the ingredients like chopped spinach and spices and make cutlet shape or you can make as the shape you like and place a side in a plate.

    Now heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry all the cutlets until it becomes golden brown and while serve garnishing it with green chutney and some seasame seeds on top of it. It's so yummlicious and delicious a mouth melting cutlets r ready, totally falahari.
