For filling
Boil and mashed potatoes
Now add 1 tsp red chilli powder half tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp crushed cumin and coriander seeds and salt to tatse mix add 2 tbsp chat masala and one tbsp lemon juice. And add onion cut in small cubes green coriander green chillies. Mix everything add black pepper and coriander leaves. - 2
Make a medium soft dough by mixing everything and give rest of 1 hour.

Take one part divide into two make a small size round roti of them fill in one part apply mayonnaise add potatoes filling then add happy Cow Cheddar Cheese Slice cover with other part of roti. Press the sides with hand. Flatten the paratha with hand slightly. Fry this paratha on pan, use oil or ghee for frying.

Serve hot with mayo yogurt dip.
