Steps

Heat a pan. Add 1 tsp oil, add Red chillies. Roast them. Take away from pan.

Roast dals separately.

Roast till until splutter. Roast asafoetida.

Then finally dry roast curry leaves. Allow all things to cool.

Add them with required Salt and garlic cloves into the mixer jar and grind them.

Tasty Idli Podi is ready. Serve with gingelly oil to hot idlies.
