Seafood is tender delicious and healthy too off all seafoods fish is the famous and most liked by everyone. Here’s my recipe for king fish . No artificial colour or flavourings. It’s rich and pure with all regular spices..!

Firstly wash fish with turmeric powder it helps remove the fishy smell. Further make a paste of all spices mentioned above then marinate it for 30 minutes. Then in a pan add 3-4 tablespoons oil and shallow fry it on medium flame burner until golden brown on both sides. Gradually fry all in similar fashion. Drizzle lime juice over it after frying.

Add it on a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves and a slice of lemon and serve it hot with white rice and dal fry or kadi..!
