German Kaisersemmel Rolls with Rye

I found the Kaisersemmel stamp that I've only used once, so I wanted to try a light dough that would go with any filling.
They're supposed to look better when they're not as puffed up, with a fainter design on the top.

When pressing it with a stamp, do it strongly. It will have a pretty pattern if it is a bit twisted.
The dough won't stick if you coat it in oil!
If you don't have a Kaisersemmel stamp, then you can make the scores with a fork.
You can also use whole wheat flour in place of the rye. Recipe by Youtank
