Ingredients

1-2 servings
  1. 1canned (155g) tuna flakes in oil
  2. Few leaves cabbage, chopped
  3. 1small tomato, chopped
  4. 2garlic cloves, chopped
  5. 1small onion, chopped
  6. 2 tspcooking oil
  7. 1/4 cwater
  8. 1/2 tspoyster sauce
  9. Sliced crusty bread or homemade crostini
  10. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté garlic and onion in oil.

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomato and water. Let it simmer a few minutes covered.

  3. 3

    Mix in Oyster Sauce. Then add the tuna including oil and juices from the can.

  4. 4

    Season with a little salt and pepper. Taste and adjust aaccordingly. Then sauté in the chopped cabbage. Simmer a few minutes then transfer to a bowl.

    Dip and scoop over crostini, toast, or sliced crusty bread.
