Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 8hard-boiled eggs
  2. 4 tablespoonstuna
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  4. 1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Boil the eggs for 15 minutes in a pot (using a gas stove).

  2. 2

Let them cool slightly, then peel the shells.

  3. 3

Carefully cut the eggs in half without breaking them (I also trim a little off the ends so they stand upright).

  4. 4

Gently remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.

  5. 5

Add the cayenne pepper to the yolks in the bowl and mash them. Then add the mayonnaise and tuna, mixing well to combine.

  6. 6

Put the mixture into a piping bag or a small plastic bag and fill the egg halves.

  7. 7

    Ready to serve!
