  • Grated carrot
  • Grated onions
  • Scotch bonnet pepper
  • Salt
  • 1egg
  • 0.5 tablespoonbaking powder

  • Scotch bonnet pepper
  • Onions
  • Oil
  • Meat
  • Seasonings

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put in your egg, grated carrot,onions, pepper, green leaf, baking powder,salt, milk and combine properly
    Note: green leaf you can use ugu leaf or spring onions

    Add in your flour and make a dough

    This snacks can be done in 2 ways
    1. You can make it as meat or fish pie
    2. You can just cut it using fondant cutter and fry...use same sauce for your pie to eat it

    Deep fry on a medium heat

    For the sauce, just fry your oil, pepper, onions and add your seasonings
    Then add in your meat
