2medium potatoes
1 cupgramflour
1/2tesp salt
1/5tesp baking soda
1/2tesp red Chilli powder
1/2tesp cumin seeds
Water
Oil for frying

Wash the Potatoes and cut in thin slices then dip in water.

Make a better of gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, baking soda and zeera mix with water. Dip potato slices in gramflour batter and deep fry in medium high oil.

Crispy fry potato Fitters are ready to serve.
