Chorizo Pizza/Flammekueche

Steps

Place the puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Lightly fold over the edges of the pastry to form a border.

Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1/2-inch (about 1 cm) border.

Sauté the onion in a skillet with the parsley, salt, and pepper until softened.

When the onion is golden, add the chorizo and cook for 1 minute over high heat.

Spread the cooked onions and chorizo evenly over the pastry.

Add a few pieces of shredded Swiss cheese (Gruyère) between the slices of chorizo.

Bake at 400–425°F (200–220°C) on convection for about 15 minutes, watching carefully until golden brown.

Serve hot, for example with a salad.
