2tbspn oil heat on medium flame.add the a small piece of kathal.. fry it's till brownies colour for the more taste.
After brownies Take in plate. - 2
Again add a small amount of oil.heat it on medium flame
Add glove, black pepper, tejpatta and onion tomato paste after a little fry thn add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
When water remove th. Add all masala again fry it.. when oil is leave from masala it means masala is properly fried. - 3
After that add fry kathal mix properly. after mixing then add 1 1/2glass of water for cooking. In between will have to check it's. When kathal is very easily pressed it means gravy kathal is ready for having.
For more flavour add garnish with coriander leaves.
Served it with Chapati or rice with onion salad. - 4
You want to more colour then add food colour or kashmiri mirchi.
