Wash the matumbo till clean,I washed mine 3times
2

Boil them till soft and tender approximately 1 hour, meanwhile peel the matoke
3

Boil the matooke in the excess matumbo stock when it's ready fry the matumbo and mix it with the matooke allow to boil for 5 minutes then serve while hot.
