Steps

Mix the mashed yam with grated scotch bonnet and onion, seasonings, garlic paste, Ginger paste, grated carrot and mix it well

Break eggs and add pinch of salt or seasoning, add some onion, set flour and bread crumbs aside

Mould the mashed yam mixture vertically, deep it into flour, from flour to egg, and from egg to bread crumbs
